About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung, one of the largest insurers in Germany. In the bank sales training you work closely with the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers in decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in Volksbank and Raiffeisenbank branches and expand your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understand insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and see what advising real customers looks like.
- Work in a team: you prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- Realschulabschluss or (technical) university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and economic topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence at the start of training
- Also welcome: if you realised in your current studies that you would rather take on a new, practice-oriented challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: monthly €1,455 in the first, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third year of training, plus holiday and Christmas pay of two monthly salaries.
- Talent-promoting programme: well-structured training, mentoring programme and in-house training and talent development.
- The regular training period is 2.5 years. If your performance is good, shortening to 2 years is possible.
- Financial support: capital-forming benefits, learning materials allowance and contribution to travel or rent costs depending on distance to the vocational school.
