About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung. In bank sales you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers in decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: You work in a team at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken branches and expand your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understand insurance: You get to know our insurance and financial products and see what advising real customers looks like.
- Work in a team: You prepare consultations before and after, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- Realschulabschluss or (Fach-)Hochschulreife
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and economic topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at start of training
- Also welcome: if during your current studies you found you would rather take on a new, practice-oriented challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: monthly €1,455 in the first, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third year of training – plus holiday and Christmas bonus of two monthly salaries.
- Talent-promoting structure: well-structured training, mentoring program and in-house training and talent development.
- The regular training period is 2.5 years. If your performance fits, shortening to 2 years is possible.
- Financial support: capital-forming benefits, learning materials allowance and travel or rent cost contribution depending on distance to the vocational school.
- Modern environment: 30 days of vacation plus off on 24.12. and 31.12., latest iPhone and notebook, collectively agreed weekly working time of 38 hours.
