• Protection: You develop suitable insurance solutions in property and personal insurance for the business customers of the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken, so they can look to the future with ease.
• Advice: What really matters to our customers is at the centre. You identify their needs and guide them in person or digitally towards more security.
• Customer management: Trust grows with every contact. You maintain existing relationships and win new customers with individual insurance concepts.
• Knowledge transfer: You identify market opportunities and support the sales partner and the team with your knowledge, to become even more successful together.

• Training in insurance, e.g. insurance specialist, insurance clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge and sales experience in personal and property insurance, ideally company pension schemes
• Strong communication skills, empathy and clear customer focus
• Digital affinity and initiative
