About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung, one of the largest insurers in Germany. In bank sales, you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through important decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in branches of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and expand your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understand insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
- Work in a team: you prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- Realschulabschluss or (technical) university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at start of training
- Also welcome: if your current studies have shown you would rather take on a new, practice-oriented challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: monthly €1,455 in the first, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third year of training, plus holiday and Christmas pay of two monthly salaries.
- Talent-promoting program: well-structured training, mentoring program and in-house training and talent development.
- Regular training lasts 2.5 years. With good performance, shortening to 2 years is possible.
- Financial support: capital-forming benefits, learning material allowance and travel or rent contribution depending on distance to the vocational school.
- Modern environment: 30 days of holiday plus off on 24 and 31 December, latest iPhone and notebook, contractual weekly working time of 38 hours.
