About this Apprenticeship
Start your dual study program at R+V Versicherung, one of the largest insurers in Germany. In your dual study program in bank sales you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to support customers in important decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in branches of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and study at the Dual University of Saxony or the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
- Understand insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
- Work in a team: you prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- (Fach-)Hochschulreife with a good math grade – a completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advice and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at the start of training
- Also welcome: if you have realized in your current studies that you would rather take on a new challenge in a practice-oriented way
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: monthly €1,532 in the first, €1,620 in the second and €1,748 in the third year of training – plus vacation and Christmas bonus of two monthly salaries
