About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung, one of the largest insurers in Germany. In your training in bank sales you work closely with the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through important decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combining theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in Volksbank and Raiffeisenbank branches and expand your knowledge at the regional vocational school.
- Understanding insurance: you learn about our insurance and financial products and see what advising real customers looks like.
- Working in a team: you prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- Realschulabschluss or (technical) university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence at the start of training
- Also welcome: if during your current studies you realized you would rather take on a new, hands-on challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: monthly 1,455 € in the first, 1,532 € in the second and 1,620 € in the third training year, plus vacation and Christmas pay of two monthly salaries.
- Talent-promoting program: well-structured training, mentoring program and in-house training and talent development.
- Regular training lasts 3 years. With good performance, shortening to 2.5 years is possible.
- Financial support: capital-forming benefits, learning materials allowance and travel or rent contribution depending on distance to the vocational school.
