Dual Study Bachelor of Arts Business Administration - Insurance Bank Sales

Start your dual study program at R+V Versicherung. In bank sales you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers in decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.

• Combine theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken branches and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim.
• Understand insurance: you learn about insurance and financial products and experience advising real customers.
• Work in a team: you prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.

• (Technical) university entrance qualification with a good math grade – a completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
• Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and economic topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driver's license at the start of training
