About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung. In bank sales you work closely with the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through important decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments. Region Plauen, start 01.08.2027, duration 2.5 to 3 years.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: You work in a team at the point of sale in Volksbank and Raiffeisenbank branches and expand your knowledge at the regional vocational school.
- Understand insurance: You get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
- Work in a team: You prepare advisory meetings before and after, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- Realschulabschluss or (technical) university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and economic topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at the start of training
- Also welcome: if you realized during your current studies that you would rather take on a new, hands-on challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed apprenticeship pay: Monthly 1,455 € in the first, 1,532 € in the second and 1,620 € in the third year of training, plus vacation and Christmas bonuses of two monthly salaries.
- Talent-promoting program: Well-structured training, mentoring program and in-house training and talent development.
- The regular training period is 3 years. If your performance is good, it can be shortened to 2.5 years.
- Financial support: Capital-forming benefits, learning materials allowance and a contribution to travel or rent costs depending on the distance to the vocational school.
