Apprenticeship Insurance and Financial Investment Merchant / Bank Sales

Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung, one of the largest insurers in Germany. You are not alone with us: we guide you, support you individually and give you the right framework to develop your strengths. In your apprenticeship in bank sales, you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through important decisions about insurance, pensions and financial investments. Region: Wildeshausen, start: 01.08.2027, duration: 2.5 years.

• Combining theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches and expand your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster.
• Understanding insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and see what advising real customers looks like.
• Working in a team: you prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.

• Realschulabschluss or (Fach-)Hochschulreife
• Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driver's license at the start of training
