About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung, one of Germany's largest insurers. In your bank sales training you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through important decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combining theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in branches of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and expand your knowledge at the regional vocational school.
- Understanding insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
- Working in a team: you prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- Realschulabschluss or (technical) university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at the start of training
- Also welcome: if you realized in your current studies that you would rather take on a new, practice-oriented challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed apprenticeship pay: monthly 1,455 € in the first, 1,532 € in the second and 1,620 € in the third year of training, plus vacation and Christmas bonus of two monthly salaries.
- Talent-promoting structure: well-structured training, mentoring program and in-house training and talent development.
- The regular training period is 3 years. If your performance is good, shortening to 2.5 years is possible.
- Financial support: capital-forming benefits, learning materials allowance and travel or rent cost contribution depending on distance to the vocational school.
- Modern environment: 30 days of vacation plus days off on 24.12. and 31.12., latest iPhone and notebook, collectively agreed weekly working time of 38 hours.
