About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung. In bank sales you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers in decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments. Duration: 2.5 years.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: work in a team at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken branches and expand knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster
- Get to know insurance and financial products and experience advising real customers
- Prepare and follow up advisory talks, create offers and support the team with contract closings
Requirements
- Realschulabschluss or (technical) university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and economic topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at start of training
- Also welcome: if you realized in your current studies that you prefer a practical new challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: monthly 1,455 € in year one, 1,532 € in year two and 1,620 € in year three plus holiday and Christmas pay of two monthly salaries
