About this Apprenticeship
Bank sales apprenticeship with R+V Insurance in the Ehingen region, starting on 1 August 2027. Working with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken, you will learn to help customers with insurance, future financial planning and investments. The standard apprenticeship lasts 2.5 years and can be shortened to 2 years if you perform well.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: Work with the team at sales points in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and build your knowledge at vocational school in Karlsruhe.
- Understand insurance: Learn about the company's insurance and financial products and see how real customers are advised.
- Work as a team: Prepare for customer advice meetings, handle follow-up work, create offers and help the team conclude contracts.
Requirements
- An intermediate secondary school leaving certificate or a qualification for university or university of applied sciences entry
- Curiosity and an interest in advising customers and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- A driving licence by the start of the apprenticeship
- Also welcome: students who have decided they would prefer a new challenge with more practical learning
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed apprenticeship pay: €1,455 a month in the first year, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses totalling two months of pay.
- Support for your talents: A well organised apprenticeship, mentoring programme, internal training and talent development.
- The standard apprenticeship lasts 2.5 years. It can be shortened to 2 years if you perform well.
- Financial support: Contributions to savings plans, help with learning materials and contributions to travel or rent costs depending on the distance to your vocational school.
