About this Apprenticeship
Train with R+V Insurance in bank sales in Sternberg. Working with Volksbank and Raiffeisenbank branches, you will learn to advise customers on insurance, planning for the future and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: Work with the team in Volksbank and Raiffeisenbank branches and develop your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understand insurance: Learn about our insurance and financial products and see how advice is given to real customers.
- Work in a team: Prepare and follow up customer meetings, create quotes and help the team complete contracts.
Requirements
- Intermediate school certificate or a qualification allowing entry to a university or university of applied sciences
- Curiosity and an interest in advising people and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence by the start of the apprenticeship
- Also welcome: Students who have realised they would prefer a new challenge with more practical work
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: €1,455 per month in the first year, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses worth two months of pay.
- Support for your talents: Well-organised training, a mentoring programme, internal training and talent development.
- The normal training period is 2.5 years. Good performance can allow you to shorten it to 2 years.
- Financial support: Contributions to savings plans, help with learning materials, and contributions to travel or rent depending on the distance to the vocational school.
