About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship with R+V Insurance in Lauterbach (Hesse), with support tailored to you. You will work closely with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and learn to advise customers on insurance, retirement planning and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: Work with the team at Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and expand your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understand insurance: Learn about our insurance and financial products and see how advice is given to real customers.
- Work as a team: Prepare and follow up on customer meetings, create quotes and help the team complete contracts.
Requirements
- German intermediate secondary school leaving certificate or university entrance qualification, including university of applied sciences entrance qualification
- Curiosity and an interest in advising people and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence by the start of training
- Also welcome: Applicants who have realised during their current degree that they would prefer a new challenge with more practical learning
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: €1,455 per month in the first year, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses worth two months of pay.
- Support for your development: Well structured training, a mentoring programme, internal training and talent development.
- The standard training period is 2.5 years. Good performance may allow you to shorten it to 2 years.
- Financial support: Savings contributions, a learning materials allowance, and help with travel or rent costs depending on the distance to the vocational school.
- Modern workplace: 30 days of holiday plus 24 and 31 December off, the latest iPhone and a laptop, and a 38-hour working week under the pay agreement.
