About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship in bank sales with R+V in Rathenow, starting on 1 August 2027. You work closely with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to advise customers on insurance, financial protection and investments. Training normally lasts 2.5 years and can be shortened to 2 years if your performance meets the requirements.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: work with the sales team in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and build your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster
- Learn about our insurance and financial products and see how advice is given to real customers
- Work as part of a team: prepare and follow up on customer advice meetings, create offers and help the team complete contracts
Requirements
- An intermediate school leaving certificate or a qualification for university or university of applied sciences entry
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising people and learning about business
- Motivation to learn new things
- A driving licence by the start of training
- Also welcome: students who have realised they would prefer a new challenge with more practical work
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: €1,455 per month in the first year, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas payments worth two months of pay
- Well organised training, a mentoring programme, and training and support within the company to develop your skills
- Training normally lasts 2.5 years. It can be shortened to 2 years if your performance meets the requirements
- Employer contributions to savings, help with learning materials, and help with travel or rent costs depending on the distance to vocational school
- 30 days of holiday, days off on 24 and 31 December, the latest iPhone and a notebook computer, and a 38-hour working week under the pay agreement
