About this Apprenticeship
Three year dual business administration degree with R+V Insurance, focusing on insurance sales through banks in Rathenow. You work with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to advise customers on insurance, retirement planning and investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: you work with the sales team in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and study at Duale Hochschule Sachsen or the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
- Understand insurance: you learn about our insurance and financial products and see how advice is given to real customers.
- Work in a team: you prepare and follow up on customer meetings, create quotes and help the team complete contracts.
Requirements
- University or university of applied sciences entrance qualification with a good maths grade; a completed apprenticeship is also a good foundation
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising people and learning about business
- Motivation to learn new things
- A driving licence by the start of training
- Also welcome: applicants who have realised during their current degree that they would prefer a new challenge with more practical experience
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: €1,532 per month in the first year, €1,620 in the second and €1,748 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas payments totalling two months of salary
