Apprenticeship as Insurance and Financial Investment Specialist / Bank Sales

Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung, one of the largest insurers in Germany. In your apprenticeship in bank sales, you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through important decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.

• Combine theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches and expand your knowledge at the vocational school in Karlsruhe
• Understand insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
• Work in a team: you prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.

• Realschulabschluss or (technical) university entrance qualification
• Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driving licence at the start of the apprenticeship
