About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung, one of the largest insurers in Germany. In the bank sales apprenticeship you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: You work in a team at the point of sale in branches of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and expand your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understand insurance: You get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
- Work in a team: You prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create quotes and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- Realschulabschluss or (technical) university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and economic topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at the start of the apprenticeship
- Also welcome: if you found in your current studies that you would rather take on a new, practice-oriented challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: €1,455 per month in the first, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third training year, plus vacation and Christmas bonus of two monthly salaries.
- Talent-promoting program: Well-structured training, mentoring program and in-house training and talent development.
- The regular training period is 2.5 years. If your performance fits, shortening to 2 years is possible.
- Financial support: Capital-forming benefits, learning materials allowance and a contribution to travel or rent costs depending on the distance to the vocational school.
