Apprenticeship as Insurance and Financial Investment Sales Agent

You are not alone with us: we support you on your path, foster you individually and give you the right framework to develop your strengths. During your apprenticeship in agency sales, you accompany customers of a general agency or general representation in important insurance and financial decisions.

• Connect theory and practice: you work in an R+V general agency (Oliver Runkel) and expand your knowledge at the regional vocational school.
• Understand insurance: you learn our insurance and financial products and experience how consulting works with real customers – in person, by phone, and digitally.
• Accompany customers: you assist in preparing and following up on consulting meetings, create offers, and help find suitable solutions for different life situations.
• Learn agency routine: you gain insight into the processes of an insurance agency – from customer communication and contract matters to teamwork.

• Secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or university entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife/Abitur)
• Curiosity and enjoyment of consulting and business topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driver's license at start of apprenticeship
