As a self-employed commercial agent (m/f/d) under § 84 HGB for Wüstenrot Immobilien GmbH, a subsidiary of the W&W Group, you build your own real estate business with an established brand and a large network behind you.

• Guide owners and prospective buyers through a professional brokerage process.
• Become visible as a local real estate expert (m/f/d).
• Build and maintain a sustainable network.
• Use modern tools and CRM efficiently.
• Manage your business entrepreneurially.

• Strong sense of responsibility and a pronounced will to be self-employed.
• High self-motivation, clear goals and results orientation.
• Enjoyment of making decisions and taking responsibility
• Performance-oriented, structured and self-organized way of working.
• Very good communication skills and convincing presence.
• Ability to build trust and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Clear affinity for real estate and the necessary real estate expertise.
• Proven sales experience, ideally in advisory-intensive services.
• Bring marketing know-how and marketing affinity and use them actively.
• Apply financial and resource management.
• Have an existing regional network.
