You are not alone with us: We accompany you on your way, support you individually and give you the right framework to develop your strengths. In your apprenticeship in agency sales, you accompany clients of a general agency or general representation in important insurance and financial decisions. Region: Twistetal | Start: 01.08.2027 | Duration: 2.5 to 3 years

• Connect theory and practice: You work in an R+V general agency Harald Schultze and expand your knowledge at the regional vocational school.
• Understand insurance: You learn our insurance and financial products and experience how consulting with real clients works – in person, by phone and digitally.
• Accompany clients: You support the preparation and follow-up of consulting meetings, create offers and help find suitable solutions for different life situations.
• Get to know agency daily routine: You gain insights into the processes of an insurance agency – from client communication to contract questions to teamwork.

• Intermediate school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) or (subject-specific) university entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife/Abitur)
• Curiosity and enjoyment of consulting and economic topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driving licence at start of apprenticeship
