Dual Study Bachelor of Arts Business Administration – Risk and Insurance Management or Financial Services Insurance Bank Sales

Start your dual study program at R+V Insurance, one of the largest insurers in Germany. In the dual study program in bank sales you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers in decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments. Duration: 3 years.

• Combine theory and practice: You work in a team at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken branches and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Karlsruhe or Mannheim.
• Understand insurance: You get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
• Work in a team: You prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.

• (Technical) university entrance qualification with a good maths grade – a completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
• Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driver's license at the start of training
