Dual study BA in Business Administration: Risk and Insurance Management or Financial Services, Insurance and Bank Sales

Dual study program with R+V in bank sales in the Tauberbischofsheim region. Working with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken, you learn to advise customers on insurance, retirement planning and investments. The program lasts three years and starts on 1 September 2027.

• Combine theory and practice: work as part of the sales team in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and study at Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Karlsruhe, Heidenheim or Mannheim.
• Understand insurance: learn about our insurance and financial products and see how advice is given to real customers.
• Work in a team: prepare and follow up on customer meetings, create quotes and support the team in completing contracts.

• A university or university of applied sciences entrance qualification with a good mathematics grade; a completed apprenticeship is also a good starting point
• Curiosity and an interest in advising customers and business topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• A driving licence by the start of training
