Dual Study Program Bachelor of Arts Business Administration – Risk and Insurance Management or Financial Services Insurance Bank Sales

Start your dual study program at R+V Versicherung, one of Germany's largest insurers. In bank sales you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through decisions about insurance, pensions and financial investments.

• Combine theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken branches and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Karlsruhe, Heidenheim or Mannheim.
• Understand insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and see what advising real customers looks like.
• Work in a team: you prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.

• (Fach-)Hochschulreife (university entrance qualification) with a good maths grade – a completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
• Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driver's license at the start of training
