Start your dual study programme at R+V Versicherung, one of the largest insurers in Germany. In the dual study programme in bank sales, you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through important decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments. Region: Tübingen | Start: 01.09.2027 | Duration: 3 years.

• Combining theory and practice: You work in a team at the point of sale in branches of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Stuttgart or Karlsruhe.
• Understanding insurance: You get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
• Working in a team: You prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.

• (Fach-)Hochschulreife (university entrance qualification) with a good maths grade – a completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
• Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driver's licence at the start of training
