About this Apprenticeship
Dual study program at R+V Insurance with individual support. You will work closely with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to advise customers on insurance, retirement planning and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: Work with a team at the point of sale in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and study at the University of Cooperative Education Saxony or the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
- Understand insurance: Learn about our insurance and financial products and see how advice is given to real customers.
- Work as a team: Prepare and follow up on customer consultations, create offers and support the team in concluding contracts.
Requirements
- University entrance qualification or university of applied sciences entrance qualification with a good mathematics grade; completed vocational training is also a good foundation
- Curiosity and an interest in advising customers and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence by the start of training
- Also welcome: Students who have realised during their current degree that they would prefer a new challenge with more practical experience
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: €1,532 per month in the first year, €1,620 in the second and €1,748 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses worth two months of pay
- Support for your development: Bachelor's degree with additional recognised qualifications, such as IHK financial investment brokerage, a mentoring program, extra qualifications through the university program such as the IHK trainer qualification, plus internal training and talent development
