Dual Study Programme Bachelor of Arts Business Administration - Insurance Bank Sales

Start your dual study programme at R+V Versicherung, one of Germany's largest insurers. In your dual study programme in bank sales, you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through important decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.

• Combining theory and practice: You work in a team at the point of sale in branches of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim.
• Understanding insurance: You get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
• Working in a team: You prepare consultations before and after, create quotes and support the team with contract closings.

• (Technical) university entrance qualification with a good maths grade - a completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
• Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driving licence at the start of training
