About this Apprenticeship
Start your dual study programme at R+V Versicherung. In the dual study programme in bank sales you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers in decisions about insurance, retirement provision and investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: You work in the team at the point of sale in branches of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and study at the Dual University of Saxony or the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
- Understand insurance: You get to know our insurance and financial products and see what advising real customers looks like.
- Work in a team: You prepare consultations and follow-ups, create offers and support the team in closing contracts.
Requirements
- (Technical) university entrance qualification with a good maths grade – a completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advice and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence at the start of training
- Also welcome: if you realised in your current studies that you would rather take on a new, practice-oriented challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: Monthly €1,532 in the first, €1,620 in the second and €1,748 in the third year of training – plus holiday and Christmas bonus of two monthly salaries
