About this Apprenticeship
A three-year dual study programme at R+V Insurance in the Landsberg region starting on 1 September 2027. You will work with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to advise customers on insurance, planning for the future and investments. Academic study takes place at Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim.
What You'll Learn
- Combine study and practice: work as part of the sales team in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches while studying at Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim.
- Understand insurance: learn about our insurance and financial products and see how advice is given to real customers.
- Work in a team: prepare for customer meetings, handle follow-up work, create quotes and help the team complete contracts.
Requirements
- A university or university of applied sciences entrance qualification with a good maths grade; completed vocational training is also a good foundation
- Curiosity and an interest in advising people and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- A driving licence by the start of training
- Also welcome: applicants who have realised during their current degree that they would prefer a new challenge with more practical work
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: €1,532 per month in the first year, €1,620 in the second and €1,748 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses worth two months' pay
- Support to develop your skills: a bachelor's degree with further recognised qualifications, such as the IHK investment adviser qualification, mentoring, additional university qualifications such as the IHK trainer qualification, and internal training and development
- Financial support: employer savings contributions, help with learning materials, and help with travel or rent costs depending on the distance to the university
- Modern workplace: 30 days of holiday plus 24 and 31 December off, the latest iPhone and a laptop, and a 38-hour working week under the pay agreement
