About this Apprenticeship
Dual study programme with R+V Insurance in Chemnitz, with support tailored to you. You will work closely with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and learn to advise customers on insurance, retirement planning and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: Work with the team at Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and study at the Duale Hochschule Sachsen.
- Understand insurance: Learn about our insurance and financial products and see how advice is given to real customers.
- Work as a team: Prepare and follow up on customer meetings, create quotes and help the team complete contracts.
Requirements
- University entrance qualification or university of applied sciences entrance qualification with a good maths grade; completed vocational training is also a good foundation
- Curiosity and an interest in advising people and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence by the start of training
- Also welcome: Applicants who have realised during their current degree that they would prefer a new challenge with more practical learning
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: €1,532 per month in the first year, €1,620 in the second and €1,748 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses worth two months of pay
