About this Apprenticeship
Start your dual study program at R+V Versicherung – one of the largest insurers in Germany. In your dual study program in bank sales, you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through important decisions about insurance, pensions and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combining theory and practice: You work in a team at the point of sale in branches of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and study at the Saxony dual university.
- Understanding insurance: You get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
- Working in a team: You prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- (University of applied sciences) entrance qualification with a good math grade – a completed vocational training is also a good prerequisite
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and economic topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at the start of training
- Also welcome: If you realized in your current studies that you would rather take on a new challenge in a practice-oriented way
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: Monthly €1,532 in the first, €1,620 in the second and €1,748 in the third training year – plus vacation and Christmas bonus of two monthly salaries
