About this Apprenticeship
Dual study program at R+V Versicherung in Borna. You work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers in decisions about insurance, retirement provision and investments. Start 01.09.2027, duration 3 years.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken branches and study at the Saxony dual university.
- Understand insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
- Work in a team: you prepare advisory meetings before and after, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- (Fach-)Hochschulreife with a good math grade – a completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at start of training
- Also welcome: if you realized in your current studies that you prefer to take on a new challenge in a practice-oriented way
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: monthly €1,532 in the first, €1,620 in the second and €1,748 in the third year – plus vacation and Christmas pay of two monthly salaries
