About this Apprenticeship
Dual study programme in bank sales at R+V Insurance, with individual support. Working with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken, you will learn to advise customers on insurance, retirement planning and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: work with the sales team in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches while studying at the Cooperative State University of Saxony or the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
- Understand insurance: learn about our insurance and financial products and see how advisers work with real customers.
- Work as a team: prepare and follow up customer meetings, create quotes and help the team conclude contracts.
Requirements
- University entrance qualification with a good maths grade; completed vocational training is also a good foundation
- Curiosity and an interest in advising people and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence by the start of training
- Also welcome: students who have realised during their current degree that they would prefer a new, more practical challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: €1,532 per month in the first year, €1,620 in the second and €1,748 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses worth two months of pay
