Dual Study Programme: Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Insurance Sales through Banks

Dual bachelor's programme in insurance sales through banks at R+V Insurance, with Leipzig listed as the location and placements available nationwide. You work closely with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to help customers with insurance, planning for the future and financial investments. The programme starts on 1 September 2027 and lasts 3 years. Individual support helps you develop your strengths.

• Combine theory and practice: work as part of the sales team in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and study at a dual university in Baden-Württemberg, BA Dresden or HWR Berlin.
• Understand insurance: learn about our insurance and financial products and see how advisers work with real customers.
• Work as a team: prepare for customer advice meetings, complete follow-up work, prepare quotes and help the team complete contracts.

• A school leaving qualification that allows university or university of applied sciences entry, with a good maths grade; completed vocational training is also a good starting point
• Curiosity and an interest in advising people and business topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• A driving licence by the start of training
