Commercial Client Advisor Insurance Bank Sales

Sales role with secure permanent employment, an attractive pay model and flexible working options, in the VB Sauerland eG team in the Hochsauerlandkreis.

• Protection: You develop suitable insurance solutions in property and personal insurance for commercial customers of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken so they can look to the future calmly.
• Advice: What really matters to our customers is the focus. You identify their needs and guide them in person or digitally toward more security.
• Customer management: Trust grows with every contact. You maintain existing relationships and win new customers with individual insurance concepts.
• Knowledge transfer: You identify market opportunities and use your knowledge to support the sales partner and the team to become even more successful together.

• Training in insurance, e.g. insurance specialist, insurance clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge and sales experience in personal and property insurance, ideally company pension schemes
• Strong communication skills, empathy and clear customer focus
• Digital affinity and initiative
