• In bank sales you work with warm contacts and qualified leads directly from the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken – no cold calling.
• Protecting with foresight: you develop tailor-made insurance solutions for farmers, commercial and business customers of the partner banks – from crop to livestock insurance, from personal to property and casualty insurance.
• Close to the customer: you advise farms and agricultural businesses on site, on the farms and digitally via modern consulting tools
• Relationships that count: together with the advisor teams of the partner banks you actively win new customers and specifically expand existing contacts in the agricultural sector.
• Market development with strategy: you develop and implement targeted market development measures in the agricultural segment.

• Qualification: vocational training, university degree or several years of work experience in the agricultural field (e.g. farmer, agricultural trade, agricultural machinery technology, agricultural consulting; ideally in insurance
• Sales experience in bank sales or in agricultural insurance consulting
• Strong communication skills at eye level: with clear customer focus and willingness to close deals
• Openness to insurance topics – prior knowledge is a plus, but not a must
• Digital affinity: confident use of modern consulting tools and Microsoft 365
• Class B driver's license and willingness to travel in the region
