Working Student Administration - Winter Semester Break 2026/2027

For our development, production and manufacturing site in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for working students during lecture-free periods for our Administration department, full-time (37.5 hours/week).

• Support with transferring large amounts of data
• Independently driving digitalization and archiving of collected data
• Support with daily data backups and compiling statistical reports, mainly in Excel
• Being part of company project teams and helping organize internal events

• Properly enrolled, preferably in a business or natural science degree program
• Able to work full-time during your university's lecture-free periods
• Dynamic way of working and a communicative personality
• First experience with common IT programs and the MS Office package
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written
• Enjoy working independently and taking responsibility
• Interest in working in an international and pharmaceutical environment
