Navigator & encourager: You accompany our customers by phone, in person, and in writing - from health prevention to support in all health-related life situations, you provide orientation and real help. Relationship manager: You are the most important link between the insured and SBK, and interact with doctors, hospitals, employers, and authorities. Health expert: You assess benefit entitlements, calculate contributions, clarify insurance questions, and apply laws directly in practice. Brand ambassador: Through your empathy and competence, you inspire people about SBK and win new customers. Team player: You work independently from the start, but are securely embedded in a strong team supported by training mentors.

Heart for people: You are empathetic, communicative, and have a real knack for dealing with people. You enjoy contact with a wide variety of personalities (from young to old, from singles to large families). Strong personality: You stay calm even in stressful moments.
