• Guide customers by phone, in person and in writing through healthcare situations
• Act as a link between insured people, SBK, doctors, hospitals, employers and authorities
• Check benefit entitlements, calculate contributions, clarify insurance questions and apply legislation
• Win people over to SBK through empathy and expertise and acquire new customers
• Work independently from the start while being part of a strong team

• At least an intermediate school-leaving qualification, subject-specific higher education entrance qualification or Abitur
• Fluent German suitable for daily advising and documentation
• Empathy, strong communication skills and sensitivity when dealing with people
• Calmness in stressful situations and a genuine desire to help customers
• Interest in healthcare, business and law
• Openness to digital developments and artificial intelligence
• Willingness to contribute ideas, think proactively and help shape improvements
