Tasks: Navigator & Motivator – accompany customers by phone, in person and in writing from preventive healthcare to support in all health-related situations; Relationship Manager – key link between insured persons and SBK, liaising with doctors, hospitals, employers, authorities; Health Expert – assess benefit entitlements, calculate contributions, clarify insurance questions, apply laws in practice; Brand Ambassador – inspire people for SBK through empathy and competence; Team Player – work independently from the start, supported by training mentors in a strong team.
