About this Apprenticeship
Internship in lean management at Schaeffler in Bühl. A basic requirement is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship. The position is available from February / March 2027 for 6 months.
What You'll Learn
- Help shape the cultural change toward production based on lean principles
- Plan and implement improvement measures in the production environment
- Take part in daily shopfloor management and support problem solving
- Support day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Technical degree program such as mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field
- Very good German skills in speaking and writing; good English skills an advantage
- Experience in a manufacturing environment an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office
- Quick comprehension and motivation
- Structured and independent way of working
- Strong teamwork, communication skills and commitment
