• Support the cross-group integration of Vitesco Technologies processes into SchaefflerNew in close coordination with the Workstream Lead
• Tracking of milestones, preparation of coordination documents and support of ad-hoc topics as well as preparation and follow-up of escalations
• Participation in the cross-functional monitoring and coordination of exciting projects from various business areas, including maintenance of project plans, status and cost reports
• Preparation and logging of appointments and regular coordination with responsible departments, including contributions for communication of project progress and costs up to board level
• Support with analyses, preparation of data and research results as well as development of well-founded recommendations for action and resilient decision-making bases
• Contribution to the creation of drafts for management presentations and to the conception and implementation of target-group-specific communication measures with company-wide visibility, such as intranet articles or town halls

• Advanced ongoing university studies with a focus on business administration
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint
• Negotiation-proficient German and English skills in word and writing
• Analytical thinking and structured way of working with the ability to present complex issues clearly
• High self-initiative, reliability and willingness to change as well as strong teamwork and intercultural competence
