Internship - Qualification & Learning Europe

A basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship. This position is to be filled immediately for a period of 6 months.

• Support our team in various projects and activities in the area of Qualification & Learning, such as the implementation of new learning concepts, administration of training in the Learning Management System (LMS), reporting, and ticket management
• Participate in the preparation, analysis, and evaluation of communication materials on strategic topics
• Support the creation and maintenance of intranet content for internal communication
• Assist in the organization of events, workshops, and team meetings
• Close collaboration with colleagues from across the European region

• Studies in business administration, social sciences, human resources, or a comparable degree program
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Creativity, commitment, and flexibility
• Independent, responsible, and customer-oriented work approach
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and organizational talent
