Working Student Quality Management / Quality Assurance

At its Grünenplan site, SCHOTT offers a working student position in quality management (up to 20 hours/week) as soon as possible.

• Support the quality assurance team in creating, revising and maintaining quality-related documentation
• Create and update work instructions, test instructions and other quality documents
• Help create and maintain quality reports for our customers, also in English
• Maintain and prepare data and documents in a structured way in various systems
• Close cooperation with various departments to actively gather and align relevant information
• Support in standardizing and improving quality documents and process descriptions

• Ongoing studies in a technical/scientific field; enthusiasm for quality processes, documentation and complex technical matters is what counts for us
• Ideally in a master's program or an advanced bachelor's semester
• Availability for at least 12 months
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Confident use of Word and Excel and willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Open and active communication with willingness to gather information independently, ask questions and follow up on topics
• Independent, structured and careful way of working as well as teamwork, initiative and reliability
