Above-average Realschule certificate or equivalent intermediate school-leaving qualification with good grades in physics, mathematics and German; interest in chemistry, manual dexterity and strong technical understanding; strong communication skills and team spirit; committed and responsible working style; willingness to work shifts and attend external training locations and institutes.
