(Junior) Consultant Financial Accounting

• You actively support our team in the preparation of individual financial statements according to HGB (German Commercial Code)
• You analyze balance sheet issues in depth and develop systematic solutions for accounting
• You act across departments as a technical contact person and as a central interface for all accounting-relevant processes and systems
• You actively drive the digitalization and automation of our processes, accompany corresponding transformation projects, and thus shape the digital future of our accounting
• You actively participate in the execution, control, and reconciliation of our intercompany service allocations
• You work actively in our SAP system landscape (SAP FI/CO) and thus shape the digital future of accounting
• You ensure a smooth process at all times through close cooperation with our auditors (m/f/d)

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on finance and accounting, or bring a comparable education with further training (e.g., as a certified financial accountant)
• You have already gained professional experience in auditing or accounting – but we also give motivated career starters (m/f/d) the chance to familiarize themselves with the topic
• You have a high IT affinity, sound knowledge of SAP FI/CO, and bring an agile, innovative mindset for digitalization topics (e.g., robotic process automation, AI in accounting)
• You enjoy critically questioning existing processes and making them more efficient through the use of digital tools
• You have strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex issues understandably
• You bring a high degree of organizational talent, analytical thinking, and an affinity for systematic issues
• You round off your profile with very good German and English skills
