Alarm & emergency management: You confidently assess incoming alarm messages and initiate first and intervention measures according to fixed action plans. System monitoring: You monitor connected security systems (e.g. access control, video surveillance, intrusion and fire alarm systems). Reception & access control: You welcome and check customers, technicians and service providers according to strict security requirements. Key & ID management: You take over the issuance and management of access cards and key media. Coordination & security: You support the coordination of external security service providers to protect the site and employees. Property protection: If required, you take on varied and interesting tasks in classic property protection.

• Your qualification: You have at least a successfully passed proficiency test §34a GewO or a higher qualification in the field of security/protection.
• Your additional qualification: Ideally you have a completed qualification as a VdS emergency and service control center specialist (m/f/d) or are willing to undergo further training.
• Your reliability: Willingness to successfully undergo a reliability check (ZVÜ) or security clearance (SÜ) due to the security-critical environment.
• Your language skills: You speak fluent German and have solid basic knowledge of English to communicate comfortably with our international guests.
• Your digital mindset: Whether Google Workspace or specialized control center software – you move confidently in digital tools and are keen on a highly modern workplace.
• Your personality: You appear friendly and confident, keep a cool head even in hectic moments and work conscientiously and responsibly by nature.
