• You actively support the kitchen management in daily operations and cover for them when they are absent
• You actively help in the production process, ensure appealing presentation and precisely timed completion of dishes, and keep quality and freshness at the highest level
• You contribute your experience to enrich the menu, from creative cooking to traditional dishes
• You organize and optimize daily processes in coordination with the kitchen management and sustainably ensure the availability of goods for the menu
• You taste the warm dishes produced daily before the main service begins and give final approval of the day's dishes
• You check the fresh and proper storage of food and ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines and cleanliness at your workplace

• Completed training as a cook (m/f/d), ideally supplemented by further training as a master chef (m/f/d)
• Several years of experience, preferably in system catering, and first experience as a deputy or the motivation to take responsibility when covering
• Good knowledge of inventory management systems, very good German skills and complete confidence with HACCP standards
• You cook with passion and creativity and handle food conscientiously and sustainably
• Business thinking, reliability, commitment and strong team spirit
• Stress-resistant, a cool head at busy times and willingness to help at evening and weekend events
