Apprenticeship - Food Technology Specialist

During your 3-year apprenticeship, you will learn the processes of industrial production, bottling, packaging, and storage of mineral waters and non-alcoholic refreshments. Maintaining, converting, and servicing the production equipment are also part of your apprenticeship. You will acquire core competencies required for quality control of raw materials and finished products. Additionally, you will learn all necessary theoretical knowledge during regular vocational school lessons.

Good secondary school diploma or (technical) high school diploma. Strong technical interest. Interest in working with technical devices, machines, and systems. Good knowledge of chemistry and mathematics. Teamwork skills. Careful and reliable work.
