Industrial Electrical Technician Apprenticeship

Industrial electrical technician apprenticeship with Solent in Übach-Palenberg, starting on 1 August 2027. The 3.5-year programme combines practical training at a chocolate, nut and snack factory with vocational school classes in Eschweiler.

• Gain specialist knowledge of electrical, control and regulation engineering during practical training in Übach-Palenberg as part of a 3.5-year apprenticeship.
• Learn in depth about maintaining, servicing and improving electronic automation systems, installations and components.
• Learn to resolve faults in fully automated production and packaging equipment under production conditions.
• Learn how electrical installations are planned, installed and put into operation.
• Alongside practical training, attend regular blocks of vocational school classes at the vocational college in Eschweiler.

• An intermediate secondary school leaving certificate with good grades in science subjects such as mathematics, physics and chemistry.
• You enjoy repairing and tinkering with technical systems.
• You are interested in computer-controlled systems.

• You are willing to work shifts during and after the apprenticeship.
